Stevanato Group - a leading global supplier of drug containment, drug delivery, and diagnostic solutions - approached us to bring their value system back to life.
Our approach was rooted in respect and evolution. We simplified their existing values while staying faithful to the original framework. We distilled the system into 5 powerful, unified values, each supported by clear, meaningful definitions.
We then redesigned their entire visual ecosystem, creating a flexible identity system that could live across multiple touchpoints - from internal calendars to office walls, and beyond – and across different geographies and cultures.

To make the values feel truly lived rather than displayed, we also developed guerrilla-style activations, including a “Start with the Values” street intervention, bringing the message outside the office and into everyday environments.The result was not just a refreshed identity system — but a cultural tool designed to help people connect with, experience, and act on the company’s values every day.
